GESG Solutions Group is seeking a highly skilled Translator & Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations while facilitating seamless communication between English and Spanish-speaking stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, strong administrative skills, and the ability to leverage AI-driven tools for efficiency. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an administrative or

translation capacity.

  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for translation and office management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Translation & Interpretation:

  • Translate written documents, emails, and reports between English and Spanish.
  • Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, phone calls, and business negotiations.
  • Ensure translations maintain accuracy, tone, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Utilize AI-powered translation tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining accuracy.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office correspondence, scheduling, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Assist with document preparation, report generation, and data entry.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement processes.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for bilingual communication within the

company.

  • Liaise between departments and external partners to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Assist in drafting, proofreading, and formatting business documents.

Technology & AI Integration:

  • Utilize AI tools for document translation, scheduling, and data management.
  • Stay updated on AI-driven administrative solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of digital tools for office management.
