Panthera Solutions Inc., a leading provider of industrial services to the offshore oil & gas sector in Guyana, is seeking a qualified HSEQ Lead / Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 management systems
- Ensure HSEQ compliance across offshore and onshore operations
- Conduct audits, inspections, incident investigations & reporting
- Liaise with clients, regulators & certification bodies
- Promote a strong safety and quality culture
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ HSEQ experience in offshore oil & gas
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (Required)
- ISO Lead Auditor certification (Required)
- Offshore experience (FPSO preferred)
- Valid or obtainable BOSIET/FOET & offshore medical
- Willingness to travel offshore
- Preference will be given to qualified Guyanese nationals.
