The National Industrial & Commercial Investments Limited (NICIL) invites suitably qualified persons to apply for the following position.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Management: Oversee personnel files (NIS/TIN compliance), recruitment, onboarding, and staff activity planning.
  • Contract & Policy Admin: Manage employment contracts and update HR policies under the direction of the CEO/DCEO.
  • Reporting: Maintain HR matrices, leave rosters, and draft official executive correspondence.
  • Facilities & Security: Coordinate building repairs, manage maintenance contractors, and oversee security personnel and monitoring systems.
  • Fleet Management: Ensure all NICIL vehicles are serviced and hold valid GRA fitness, insurance, and road licenses.
  • Procurement & Stock: Manage the purchasing lifecycle (quotes to POs) in accordance with the Procurement Act and maintain inventory controls.

Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a degree in Management, Public Administration, Human Resource or related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of professional work experience as an HR/Administrative Officer in the public or Private Sector.
  • Candidate must possess proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office along with excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
