The Loading Clerk is responsible to the Loading Supervisor for the safe, accurate, timely loading of goods and dispatching of orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the accurate and timely loading and dispatching of goods.
  • Overseeing the loading and dispatching of vehicles on a daily basis.
  • Reconciling sales invoices with goods being loaded.
  • Submitting all supporting documentation to the Accounts Department.
  • Preparing and submitting routine reports on loading exercises and as required by Management.

Requirements

  • At least a sound secondary education, preferably passes of no less than five (5) CSEC (general proficiency level) subjects . And/or previous work experience in a similar or equivalent position will be a distinct advantage
  • Responsible attitude – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
