We are seeking a versatile and proactive Operations Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person (walk-ins) .
  • Provide accurate information on shipping rates, delivery times, and company services.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Shipping & Logistics Support Input package details into the company’s shipping software.
  • Verify shipping labels and documentation for accuracy.
  • Assist with sorting, organizing, and preparing outgoing/incoming shipments.
  • Cashier & Administrative Duties Process payments (cash, card, digital) for shipping services and retail purchases (if applicable).
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and generate daily transaction reports.
  • Assist with basic office tasks (filing, data entry, inventory checks).

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ year in customer service, shipping/logistics, or retail (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using shipping software, QuickBooks system, and social media platforms.
