Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and executive correspondence.
- Track action items, strategic priorities, and follow up to ensure timely execution.
- Manage the sales pipeline and coordinate client follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Support the planning and promotion of workshops, conferences, coaching programmes, and leadership events.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, content schedules, and communication plans.
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate business projects from planning through execution.
- Develop and maintain operational systems, trackers, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure exceptional client communication and participant experiences before, during, and after programmes.
- Maintain accurate business records and support invoicing, reporting, and basic bookkeeping.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience supporting senior executives or working in business operations, sales, marketing, or project coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and business productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactively solve problems.
- Experience supporting leadership development, training, consulting, or professional services organizations.
- Familiarity with digital marketing coordination and event management.
- Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
- Experience improving business systems and operational processes.
