Key Responsibilities
- Must be computer literate
- Must have experience in operating Point-Of-Sale (POS) system
- Must have good communication and public relations skills
- Responsible for stock checking and inventory as well as organisation and cleanliness of pharmacy
- Prepare, package and label prescription medications under supervision of pharmacist
- Maintain proper drugs and consumables storage and security
- Assist in stock maintaining, price tagging and stock taking
- Maintain inventory record keeping systems
- Receive ordered incoming goods, check and update electronic records
- Provide patients with information regarding medication and regimen prescribed under the supervision of the pharmacist
- Able to work on a shift basis
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy with a minimum of two years’ experience or Five CSEC subjects General Proficiency Grades I, II, III inclusive of Mathematics, English Language and any one of the Science subjects (Chemistry, Physics, Integrated Science, Human and Social Biology or Biology).
