Key Responsibilities
- Preparing quotations and providing product information to customers and staff in a timely manner.
- Contacting customers and prospective customers and organizing site visits or meetings.
- Assisting with market research and competitor information.
- Providing in-house training on equipment, especially new ranges.
- Identifying new products that complement the core business, evaluating same and making recommendations.
- Coordinating delivery of equipment including hand-over and pre-delivery inspections.
- Assisting with promotions, demonstrations, and trade shows.
- Conducting after sales site visits and keeping in touch with customers on a scheduled basis.
- Updating prospect and project lists with contact information for key personnel and status of project.
- Preparing documentation for licensing and registration of equipment.
- Preparing monthly reports of sales contacts and summary of sales visits.
- Assisting with visits from supplier representatives and coordinating visit schedules.
- Assisting with the preparation of tenders Ensuring that QMS & HSE requirements are always adhered to.
- Assisting with special projects as required.
- Attending all Training Programmes, Seminars and meetings as required by Management.
- Performing any other duties as may be reasonably assigned from time to time.
