The Human Resources Clerk performs a wide variety of administrative duties with includes but not limited to recruit employees and ensure they are trained and developed, review/implement company policies and ensure that employees are in compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain HR Registers
  • Enroll new employees into the company’s biometric clock.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage relative records.
  • Assist in dealing with inquiries and requests for information from management and staff.
  • Filings of documents prepared.
  • Any other tasks assigned from time to time in keeping with job description

  • Must pass at least 5 CXC subjects inclusive of Mathematics & English
  • Bilingual-Must be able to speak both English & Spanish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
