Key Responsibilities

  • Assembles, installs and repairs office furniture when necessary
  • Ability to use manual and portable power tools, hammer, drill, saw, etc.
  • Performs work that involves fixtures and fittings at the complex
  • Undertake general repairs to woodwork and other structures
  • Assume housekeeping duties of work area, tools and equipment

Requirements

  • Post primary education
  • ability to use construction tape, ruler, level, read and interpret instructions from different sources
  • Knowledge of tools and apparatuses used in ground and office maintenance
