The Competition and Consumer Affairs Commission (CCAC) an Agency of the Ministry of Tourism Industry and Commerce is looking for interested and qualified applicants to fill the position of Senior Consumer Affairs Representative.
The Consumer Affairs Representative will be required to;
Maintain information in a database system.
Supervise the Consumer Affairs Representatives in addressing consumer complaints.
Prepare reports on KPIs, case status, M & E reports as needed.
Assist in the coordination of outreachcs, workshops and seminars.
Provide the necessary internal statistics for inclusion in the Commission’s Annual Reports.
A diploma in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a monitoring and evaluation role-project management. Excellent report writing and presentation skills Excellent communicator, both oral and written
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, inclusive of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
