Accounts Clerk
Purpose: To ensure the Company’s Banking activities are reconciled and provide support to the Company’s Costing functions.
Principal Accountabilities include:
- Preparation of costing
- GIT Reconciliations
- GRN Accruals Reconciliations
- Processing Local and Foreign Suppliers Payments
- Assisting in coding and preparation of financial journals
- Preparation of assigned Balance Sheet Reconciliation and schedules
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Required Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- Five (5) Subjects CXC including English, Mathematics/Accounting.
- Pursuing CAT Final Level and two (2) years of experience in the Financial Department
- Computer literate, particularly knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and excellent problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, Proactive and High Energy
