PBS Guyana Inc. seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Temporary Receptionist. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 6 CXC subjects (Mathematics & English required)
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role would be an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
