Key Responsibilities

Government Registration Support

  • Assist nonprofits with SAM.gov registrations and renewals
  • Help gather required documents and information
  • Support UEI and CAGE Code registration processes
  • Track application statuses and deadlines
  • Follow up with government agencies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and detailed notes

Research & Application Assistance

  • Research grant opportunities and funding resources
  • Review nonprofit membership and vendor applications
  • Identify training programs, webinars, and community development opportunities
  • Organize and summarize findings for leadership review

Phone Calls & Administrative Follow-Up

  • Contact government agencies, nonprofit partners, and vendors
  • Follow up on pending applications and documentation
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain professional communication and detailed call notes

Meeting & Webinar Support

  • Register for and attend virtual meetings or webinars
  • Take professional meeting notes
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up tasks
  • Prepare summaries for leadership

Website & Online Presence Support

  • Coordinate website updates with hosting providers or designers
  • Review website content for accuracy
  • Update program information, forms, and contact details
  • Ensure links and website functions are operating properly

Administrative Organization

  • Maintain digital filing systems
  • Manage calendars and reminders
  • Track deadlines and application statuses
  • Prepare weekly progress reports
  • Help leadership stay organized and compliant
