The National Drainage & Irrigation Authority invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of GIS ENGINEER
Minimum Requirements, Knowledge and Experience:
The holder of the post is required to provide GIS analytical and geoprocessing services to the National Drainage & Irrigation Authority. This responsibility includes the use of various systems and technologies to create and maintain maps which can be combined with data that is geographically referenced.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in geography, computer science, surveying and engineering along with a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in mapmaking and surveying.
Or
Degree in gcography/computcr Science or Engineering along with a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in mapping or surveying.
