Entry Requirements:
A MINIMUM of 2 CXC/CSEC Passes General Proficiency Grades 1. 11 or 111 inclusive of English Language and any one of the Science Subject (Chemistry. Physics. Integrated Science. Human and Social Biology or Biology).
OR
A MINIMUM of 2 GCE Ordinary Levels Grades A. B or C inclusive of English Language and one Science Subject.
OR
Mature students 26 years and older with a MINIMUM of 2 years* experience in the related fields will be considered.

Application forms can be obtained from the Ministry of Health Personnel Department, the Division of Health Sciences Education, the Regional Health Officer in the respective regions and the Ministry of Health website (www.health.gov.Qy).
The forms are to be completed and returned to Office of the Permanent Secretary along with a copy of your CXC or CSEC certificate and a copy of your birth certificate.
