The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing automotive air conditioning and electrical systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive repair environment.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of a Level 1 certificate from GTI or any other recognized vocational institution with at least 1 year of experience in Automotive Air Conditioning and Electrical Systems.

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform diagnostic tests on automotive air conditioning and electrical systems to identify issues and malfunctions.

Repair and replace faulty components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, blower motors, and electrical wiring.

Recharge air conditioning systems and ensure proper refrigerant levels.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and sensors.

Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to prevent future issues.

Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide cost estimates.

Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training as necessary.
