FIELD TECHNICIANS – NexLink Communications Inc

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong technical skills in electronics, telecommunications, or related fields
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel and work in various weather conditions.
• Computer Repair Experience would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience or certification in installing, maintaining, and repairing internet equipment and infrastructure.
• Physically fit to climb tall buildings and lift heavy objects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing internet equipment and infrastructure at customer premises and network locations
• Perform site surveys to assess the feasibility and requirements of new installations.
• Test network performance to ensure optimal speed and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise.
• Interact with customers and provide quality service.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Document and report work activities and results
