Requirements

• Valid Mini Bus Driver’s License
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• High school education.
• Proven experience as a bus driver or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional traffic laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate a bus safely and efficiently on assigned routes or charters.
• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Assist passengers as needed, including boarding, seating, and luggage handling.
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle at all times.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and supervisors.
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents promptly.
• Keep accurate records of routes, mileage, and fuel usage.
