Requirements

• Applicant must own their own vehicle and be a licensed driver.

Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent. Recently graduated applicants from the Government Technical Institute are welcomed
• Experience:
• Some experience in construction or a similar field
• Experience with measuring tools is a plus.
• Skills:
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for measuring and recording data.
Working Conditions:
• Ability to work on various job sites.
• Flexibility to work different hours as needed

Responsibilities

1. Measuring Spaces:
   • Visit job sites to measure areas where kitchens and hardwood flooring will be installed.
   • Use measuring tools/App to ensure accurate measurements of spaces.
   2. Preparation:
   • Make sure all necessary measurements are taken and recorded accurately.
   • Ensure spaces are ready for installation teams to do their work.
   3. Quality Control:
   • Inspect work progress and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
   • Identify and resolve any issues related to quality and performance.
   4. Team Coordination:
   • Work closely with installation teams to ensure they have the correct information.
   • Communicate any site-specific details to the team.
   5. Client Interaction:
   • Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
   • Answer any questions clients may have about the measuring process.
