Entry Requirements
A MINIMUM of 4 subjects CXC/CSEC with at least grade 1. 2. 3 or GCE 0* Levels with at least A. B. or C in English, and any 2 of the following Science subjects; Chemistry. Physics. Integrated Science. Human and Social Biology or Biology Pass in Mathematics may be an asset.
OR
Holders of Certificate In Community Dental Therapist (CDT) In addition to English Language. Mathematics and 1 of the following Science Subjects – Chemistry, Physics Integrated Science, Human and Social Biology or Biology with a minimum pass in Grade 111 for CXC or Grade C for GCE,

“Applicants should be between the age* of 16 to 35 at the time of Admission".
Applicants are required to have in their possession a valid Guyana Passport, TIN Certificate, National Identification Card. NIS card (If you were employed before and an active bank account).
Application forms can be obtained from the Ministry of Health Personnel Department, the Division of Health Sciences Education, the Regional Health Officer in the respective regions and the Ministry of Health website (www.heaRh.gov.gy).
The forms are to be completed and returned to Office of the Permanent Secretary along with a copy of your CXC or CSEC certificate and a copy of your birth certificate.
