PBS Guyana is currently seeking a talented and motivated Infrastructure and Communications Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Infrastructure and Communications Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company’s technological infrastructure and ensuring seamless communication within the organization. You will work with a team of professionals to maintain and improve our network, hardware, and communication systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle
Minimum 2 years of Experience in similar field
Networking Essentials
CompTIA Certification
Foundation in Electrical Principles or any other related field would be an asset
Excellent communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and infrastructure-related problems.
Implement security protocols and ensure data integrity.
Assist in the design and maintenance of communication systems.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
