NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB
The Driver Manger is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who plays a crucial role in coordinating and managing transportation operations. He/She provides information about services and facilitates pickup and delivery schedules for customers to arrive at their destination.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
6 successful passes or more at CSEC or equivalent.
5 years of contact center experience with ascensions from Agent to Operation Manager
Proven track record of multitasking
Must have geographic knowledge of Georgetown along with a good sense of direction
Valid Driver’s License
Willingness to work 12 hours shifts (Flexible)
2 years experience in a related field.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

RESPONSIBILITIES
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Maintaining a positive, and professional attitude toward customers, drivers, and internal teams at all times.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively communicating with customers regarding delivery schedules.
Efficiently assign drivers to routes and trips based on schedules, and capacity, to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption.
Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, and updates, and address any issues that may arise during trips.
Utilize route planning software and real-time tracking tools to enhance dispatching and routing processes.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Manage shift change for drivers:
Responsible for collecting cash from drivers based on what they earn and turn over to Accounting- communicate all discrepancies via report.
Set up Drivers to start their shift- assign Vehicle and route (area)
Balancing each Driver after their shift
Monitor Attempt bookings (reach out to the customer to assist with completing the booking where possible)
Monitor Driver rejections and update via report
Monitor pricing and update via report
Monitor unauthorized driving with company cars and update via report
Provide drivers with directions when needed
Respond promptly to customer and driver messages (Responding with templates)
Capture data and present incident reports.
Execute all Book Later, time arrival for pick up should be 100%
Responding to SOS alerts and response protocols to handle unexpected events or disruptions to transportation services.
Complete accident reports and share them with necessary parties
Proactively identify and address any operational issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or delays, to minimize disruptions to delivery schedules.
Any other assigned task(s).
