Description
The administrative assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing daily office tasks, supporting management, and facilitating communication within the team and with clients.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic.
– Previous experience in the security industry is a plus
Responsibilities
– Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
– Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
– Support the finance department with billing, invoicing, and expense reports.
– Coordinate communication between departments and assist in project management.
– Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to clients.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
