Key Responsibilities
- Tracking Orders: Assist the project management team by tracking the progress of prefabricated units from the manufacturing/assembly stage through to site delivery.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars for site visits, manufacturing milestones, and client consultations.
- Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital and physical records for project budgets, material costs, and delivery receipts.
- Client Communications: Answer incoming phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or addressing basic questions about our prefab offerings.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize contracts, invoices, and shipping/permitting documents for prefab unit transport.
