OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – Correia Group of Companies

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to our senior management team and executive directors, while serving as a professional point of contact for external entities on behalf of the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and senior management.
  • Prepare weekly rosters and conduct daily verification of time and attendance for custodial staff via the PeoplePay system.
  • Follow up with external service providers in response to internal departmental reports and service requests.
  • Draft and distribute internal memoranda and correspondence as required.
  • Provide professional liaison support to external entities on behalf of the Company and executive directors.

Requirements

  • Three (3) to five (5) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, or a Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a secretarial or administrative role will be an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
