Note: This opportunity is available to Guyanese based in Guyana. This role is primarily field based and supports the Logistics, Operations and Visa & Immigration functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be versed personnel movements and travel processes, familiar with inter-agency liaison and able to complete Meet and Greet exercises, booking of travel, document collection / delivery and transportation when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the movement of personnel in-country and update all relevant tracking tools with accurate information.
- Provide field support to Visa and Immigration functions inclusive of agency visits, application and document submissions and acquiring relevant stamps and permits.
- Working knowledge of Oil and Gas processes is desired.
- Candidate must be proactive and a self-starter
- Arranging travel and hotel accommodation for contractors and other key personnel
- Meet and greet pickup/drop off from ports of entry for personnel
- Knowledge or previous experience dealing with Visa & Immigration entry and exit protocols, especially applicable to seafarers/offshore workers is desired
- Attend operations and staff meetings when applicable
Requirements
- Requirements 3+ years’ experience in Logistics, Crew Change Management and Visa & Immigration processes.
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field Knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry, particularly logistics related functions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work on call when needed
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Resourceful and well-networked locally
