OPERATIONS ASSISTANT- IDB – Accedo Inc.

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day operational activities. The successful candidate will help coordinate workflows, maintain accurate records, support meetings and events, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The role will contribute to improving overall efficiency, execution of operations and development effectiveness, while supporting measurable improvements across relevant internal performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
  • Process correspondence and documents in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic files, records, databases, and trackers.
  • Assist with scheduling and logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, conferences, and other activities.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory, requisitions, and receipt of goods.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, clients, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements
