The AC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in various facilities operated by Muneshwers Limited and its joint ventures. Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including central air units, split systems, and window units.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Replace or repair defective parts, such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Use tools and equipment such as pressure gauges, leak detectors, and multimeters to identify issues.
- Resolve system malfunctions by troubleshooting and replacing or repairing defective parts.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local and company safety guidelines and standards during all installations and repairs.
