JOB DESCRIPTION
Your main responsibilities is to ensure our books are balanced and tax obligations are covered.
MAIN DUTIES
- Ensure the books are balanced and all our tax obligations sre covered.
- Prepare financial statements for audit purpose.
- Prepare monthly management accounts of Balance Sheet. P&L Statements and other reports.
- Responsible for Bank reconciliation, account payable and account receivable.
- Maintain a fixed asset register.
- Maintain accounting controls and financial security by following internal controls.
- Comply with Laws of Guyana and the financial legal requirements.
ACCOUNTANT
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy orACCA.
- At least five-year’s experience in a similar position.
- Computer literate and excellent SKILLS in MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE.
- Experience working with Quick Books.
- Effectively manage the team of the finance department
- Job location ECD.
