The Administrative Assistant provides specialised clerical, administrative and secretarial support to the Firm in daily office needs and maintenance of Firm and Client records. The roles also includes basic accounting tasks. This post is for the Georgetown Office ONLY.



  • Passes in 5 CSEC Subjected including Mathematics & English
  • Have at least two years’ experience in a similar capacity or have the ability to quickly learn and be receptive to training
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Quickbooks.

  1. Performs various secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties, but with specialised attention to the fact that the information, decisions, and communication involved may be sensitive or confidential.
  2. Communicate with clients, GRA, NIS and other parties on a needs basis on behalf of the Firm
  3. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters etc.
  4. Answer and direct phone calls
  5. Organize and schedule appointments
  6. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  7. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  8. Maintain contact lists
  9. Provide general support to visitors
  10. Assist in enforcing all other Firm rules, policies and procedures
  11. Managing Petty Cash and Filing
