ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK – Chung’s Global Enterprise



DESCRIPTION
To provide administrative support towards the security department

REQUIREMENTS
4-5 CXC subjects including Mathematics and English, knowledge of Microsoft Excel
1-2 years working experience.
Previous experience in the administrative department of the GPF, GDF, Public Security, etc. will be an asset



RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend all security meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes to the department & provide any clarity to staff as requested.
Maintain all staff files with the necessary information needed to process a Supernumerary Constable
Provide all clerical support to the unit such as but not limited to preparing memorandums, letters and notices and ensure that all necessary forms are filled in and maintained on a monthly basis
Coordinate with external parties including clients, police force, etc. as required
Act as a representative on behalf of the department during meetings, expos, conferences, etc. to build the company brand
Coordinate with the Chief Security to prepare security rosters, work slips, etc.
Maintain both electronic and manual database of records.
Managing security job request, and following through with clients to convert them.
Work along with Chief Security to short list applicants and assist with interviews
Conduct after sales service on a monthly basis for all clients
Handle client complaints according to the process and communicating same to the chief security for easy resolution
Manage department’s social media accounts and create material to be posted on a weekly basis to improve the clientele
