Sales Administrator

Guyana Industnal Mnerals Inc. is seekng to recruit a Sales Administrator who will be responsible tor generating revenue by proactrvely soliciting and obtaining sales tor the company’s products and services, processing all required sales documentation and providing sales performance analysis for management.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Coord rate with the VP Sacs & Marketing to help dose business and’or negotiate obstacles.
• Folkywup all communication, proposals, and quotations with a view to winning the business.
• Build strong rapport and loyalty with customers by providing exceptional and timely customer service.
• Provde market intelligence through assessing competitive landscape by analyzing and documenting competitor information, market trends and identifying sales opportunities.
• Provide analytical sales performance information to management cn a weekly arc monthly basis and ad hoc analysis as required
• Establish credibility as account representative and ‘go-to’ customer contact
• Help the company meet and exceed annual sates objectives
• Track customer project progress Ihrcugh analytics and regularly scheduled updates

Required:

• An undergraduate degree, or higher, in a business or technical he’d.
• Three (3) or more years of technical sales expenence.
• Knowledge of freight, logistics and commercial banking requirements for international transactions, letters of credit transactions and documentation.
• Proficiency in the use of a range of computer software including Microsoft Word.Outtock. PowerPoint. FRP and CRM programs.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel abilities are a must.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of management and personnet, both internal and external.
• Effective negotiation sklle with an abdity to close deals and/or overcome objections to close deals.
