Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the receipt and storage of bulk and packed products, daily lorry delivery schedules, and discharging of coastal tankers/lubricant transfer.
- Maintain accurate stock records, monitor minimum/maximum inventory levels, investigate product losses, and implement leakage/loss prevention measures.
- Ensure all terminal vehicles, machinery, spares, and equipment are properly serviced, recorded, and protected.
- Develop control mechanisms for the security of all stocks within the Terminal.
- Assist with preparation of monthly reports.
- Supervise staff and maintain attendance and other records.
Requirements
- Education : Diploma in Marketing, Finance, Public Administration or Management
- Experience : Professional with a minimum of five (5) years in terminal operations or similar exposure
- Professional and Personal Attributes : Strong interpersonal skills, effective communicator with leadership abilities, flexible and adaptive, solutions-oriented and safety-conscious
