ASSISTANT TERMINAL SUPERINTENDENT

The Assistant Terminal Superintendent is responsible for efficient, effective, and safe daily operations at the Adventure Depot. This includes supervising the receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of products marketed by the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the receipt and storage of bulk and packed products, daily lorry delivery schedules, and discharging of coastal tankers/lubricant transfer.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, monitor minimum/maximum inventory levels, investigate product losses, and implement leakage/loss prevention measures.
  • Ensure all terminal vehicles, machinery, spares, and equipment are properly serviced, recorded, and protected.
  • Develop control mechanisms for the security of all stocks within the Terminal.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly reports.
  • Supervise staff and maintain attendance and other records.

Requirements

  • Education : Diploma in Marketing, Finance, Public Administration or Management
  • Experience : Professional with a minimum of five (5) years in terminal operations or similar exposure
  • Professional and Personal Attributes : Strong interpersonal skills, effective communicator with leadership abilities, flexible and adaptive, solutions-oriented and safety-conscious
