DESCRIPTION
Provides assistance to the Venue Manager with the supervision of location operations; ensuring compliance by the staff of the company and departmental policies and procedures. Provides efficient and courteous service to customers. Assists in maintaining and supporting effective staff and customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS
Associate or Undergraduate Degree in Management. Relevant experience will be considered in absence of a formal degree.
Certificate in Supervisory Management from an accredited institution.
Certificate in computer operations (MS Office suite) from an accredited institution.
Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience; preferably in a sales, hospitality, or retail environment.
Experienced in interacting with the general public.
Proficiency in customer service.
Good communication skills.
Supervisory skills.
Good analytical skills.
Highly literate and numerate.
Ability to write simple reports.
Effective time and self-management.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to delegate effectively
Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.



RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists in the supervision of location PSRs: opens, closes, and supervises shift changes as required.
Assists in verifying and tabulating accurate timekeeping records for location personnel.
Assists with ensuring the accuracy of PSR and bar floats and paperwork by sign-off.
Assists with ensuring PSRs’ compliance with corporate and departmental procedures.
Assists with verifying drop funds and paperwork as necessary.
Assists promptly notifying management of shortages, variances, or equipment problems.
Assists with notifying management of employee disciplinary issues promptly.
Assists the Venue Manager with notifying management of major incidents promptly.
Assists the Venue Manager in handling employee, customer, or technology issues arising during the normal course of business.
Assists with managing employee call-outs.
Assists Venue Manager in preparation of monthly attendance report.
Assists in preparing incident or other reports as requested and required.
Assists with monitoring bar inventory.
Assists with staff selection.
Assists with the implementation of marketing and promotional activities at locations, as requested by management.
Communicates appropriately with management.
