ASSOCIATE
Applications are invited for suitably qualified persons to fill the position of Associate. Under the supervision of the Director, the Associate will perform the following duties:
- Produce the Centre’s KPI metrics and ensure that the Centre’s databases are maintained and always up-to-date
- Provide analytics, using the Centre’s database, that informs key decisions
- Provide advisory and hands on support to business personnel on getting registered with the Centre and enrolling in the Centre’s training seminars, courses and mentorship programmes
- Manage the entire administrative process associated with training including: preparing training schedules, coordinating with instructors and external course providers.
- Upload and maintain notices on the Centre’s Website page
- Develop and maintain content for the Centre’s entrepreneurship programmes
- Teach the Centre’s training courses relating to entrepreneurship
- Additional duties as deemed necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, or other relevant areas in Social Sciences.
- 3 years’professional work experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, and team-focused work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
- Excellent IT skills including advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with the oil, gas, and mining industries
