ASSOCIATE, RECEPTIONIST
Requirements
Experience
- Previous Receptionist Experience:
- Prior experience working in a reception or front desk role.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.
- Customer Service Experience:
- Experience in customer-facing roles emphasizing client interaction and service.
- Background in handling high-volume inquiries and transactions.
- Administrative Experience:
- Background in performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Experience managing office supplies and inventory.
- Experience in Diverse Work Environments:
- Experience working in various industries (e.g., healthcare, corporate, hospitality) enhances adaptability.
- Familiarity with different cultural backgrounds improves communication and service.
Developing and highlighting these skills and experiences can significantly enhance the effectiveness and professionalism of a receptionist, making them an invaluable asset to any organization.
Responsibilities
Main Objectives and Duties:
1. Answering incoming calls
- Attend phone calls in the name of the company.
- Identify caller needs and transfer to the respective department/person.
- Understand and domain the internal/international company phone directory.
2. Welcoming visitors
- Welcome visitors with a smile and with a service attitude
- Assist visitors on their needs
- Contact the individual whom the visitor wishes to see
3. General attention services
- Attend every one (employees/visitors) on their needs, questions, support within the position scope of activities.
- Support HD Manager on reports, or related activities
- Other related and assigned activities in regards of visitors’ attendance and general information provision to employees.
