The Bond Clerk is responsible for all aspects of the receiving and distribution process. Responsibilities include processing incoming goods, etc.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bond processing.
  • Strong knowledge of customer requlations and pharmaceutical compliance.
  • Proficiency in using a laptop and microsoft office.
  • Ability to manage documentation, reporting, and regulatory requirement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks (damages, expiration dates, presentable).
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
  •  Act in accordance with all current Exclusive pharmaceutical supply policies and procedures.
  •  Verify invoiced amount against delivered amount.
  • Organize and pack items efficiently on a daily basis
  • Oversee the daily loading and dispatching of items into transportation
