DESCRIPTION
MSSI is seeking to recruit dynamic individuals to fill the entry level position of a Bookkeeper.
REQUIREMENTS
5 CXC including (Math, POA, Eng)
Working understanding of QuickBooks & Adobe reader.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Proficient in MS-Office (Excel and Word).
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
Aleast 1 year experience in an accounting environment
Detailed-oriented with excellent organization skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Post invoices, cheques, payments and bank deposits in Quickbooks.
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts when necessary.
Check and verify source documents such as invoices & receipts.
Transfer data to general ledger.
Assist with pulling documents for audits
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
