DESCRIPTION
The branch manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of the branch office, including operations, loan growth, delinquency, and customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
College degree, experience in sales and hunger for growth and development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the day-to-day operational functions of the branch, interview potential clients in branch and on the road, analyze applicant’s financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibiltiy of granting a loan, submitting loans for approval, and disbursement. Managing daily collections and the delinquency of the branch through strategies to mitigate and control.
