BUILDING MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST – Silvie’s Industrial Solutions

DESCRIPTION
· Assess the safety and reliability of ALL Electrical & Plumbing Systems at Company locations and private properties, to ensure:

No exposure to electrical cables

All plumbing and plumbing fixtures are operational and leak-free

· Perform inspections for plumbing and electrical systems to identify and replace worn parts

· Install and maintain all electrical and plumbing fixtures, wiring, and lighting systems at the various facilities

· Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices

· Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures

· Ensure the bonds and the stores are properly maintained

Perform any small painting job
Cleaning of all air conditions
Maintenance of the shutter door
Maintenance of furniture and fixtures
General building maintenance

REQUIREMENTS

1. Technician Certificate in Building and Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience in plumbing and electrical installations or

2. Technician Certificate in Electrical Department with 2 years of experience or

3. 2 years of experience in General Maintenance

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Comply with all other company rules and regulations and ensure that the store’s policies and procedures are followed.

· Maintain the highest ethical standards, open and honest communication, work with integrity and treat everyone with respect.

· Offer technical assistance to other departments

· Act as a representative of the store.

· Adhere to the company’s values, mission, and vision.

Valid Police Clearance
Must have a valid driver’s license, a lorry license will be an asset
