Description
A Business Development Officer at JSB Investments Inc. plays a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client and partner relationships, and promoting the company’s services. They focus on increasing sales and revenue, developing strategic partnerships, and creating proposals and presentations to attract new clients. Additionally, they monitor the effectiveness of business strategies and adjust them as needed to ensure the company meets its financial and market goals. This role is essential in helping the company expand its presence both locally and internationally
Requirements
- A Diploma in Business Management/Marketing or higher accreditation.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related area.
- Experience in the industry relevant to the company’s operations (e.g., construction, logistics, or real estate) is often preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Analytical skills for market research and identifying business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Googlesheets
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
