BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE – Total-Base Services Guyana Inc.

The Business Development Representative is a critical role responsible for driving revenue growth through the sales of a diverse portfolio of products and services offered by the company. This includes modular facilities, manpower personnel, welding and fabrication services, training services, lifting coordination services, inspection services, HVAC, and electrical services.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the oil and gas or industrial services sectors.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Language: Fluency in English required. Knowledge of other local languages is an asset.

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry in Guyana.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, support tailoring proposals to meet client needs.
• Negotiation and Closing: Support and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes as directed by management.
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, provide regular daily & weekly activity reports, and contribute to forecasting efforts.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, engineering, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Travel: Frequent travel within Guyana will be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
