Business Development Support Officer
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing or related field required; or 5+ years of related experience.
Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to train personnel, write reports, etc.
y/ Prior experience in electronic payments or financial institutions; in sales and external channel management would be an asset.
Exceptional presentation skills; ability to create proposals and presentation that communicates the focus of the engagement with partners.
V* Basic knowledge of related regulations. Company policies and procedures and the Company’s products and services.
ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVES:
As Business Development Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening the mmg+ relationship with its various partners post-onboarding and through their lifecycle.
MAJOR OBJECTIVES
- Deliver, as part of the Company’s commitment to its partners, a level of service that ensures that the partner is completely satisfied thus resulting in increased loyalty.
- Create and manage initiatives to drive increase in the active user base of the partners using the service of mmg+ including initial training, refresher training, communication with the customers of the partners etc.
- Work with the mmg+ partners to collaborate on initiatives aimed at increasing transaction value and volume, and improved experience.
- Provide proactive and reactive support to mmg+ partners to help
