Key Responsibilities

  • Accept payments and issuing receipts to customers.
  • Entering payment transactions in Zoho Books and the Cashier’s daily cash accounting document.
  • Ensuring the balancing of all cash inflows and outflows at the end of the day when operating in cashier function.
  • Keeping track of money set aside whether it’s for refund, contract employee payments, etc. by recording them according to company procedures.
  • Warmly and professionally answering inbound calls, assisting customers with telephone inquiries, and directing the calls to the appropriate team member as necessary.
  • Offering friendly and patient assistance to in-office customers and online customers. This includes providing quotations to customers both in-store and online.

Requirements

  • Five CXC subjects Grade 1 or 2 in Mathematics and English.
  • Minimum of 2 years as a cashier.
