- Greet and assist customers professionally
- Process cash, card, MMG, and other payment transactions accurately
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances
- Ensure checkout area remains clean and organized

- Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas
- Organize and rotate products using FIFO methods
