Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Experienced Cook/Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in preparing high-quality dishes, a strong knowledge of kitchen operations, and a creative flair for menu development. Special Note: before applying for this excited opportunity, its important this restaurant opens from 4 AM each day and all chef/cooks is expected to be at work no later than 4:30 AM. each day, from Monday to Saturday, to ensure breakfast is available on time. It’s recommend this candidate residence not more than 20 minutes drive from thirds parks area since that’s the location of the restaurant.

• Proven experience as a Cook & a baker in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking & Baking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Creativity and a passion for food, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Warm and pleasant personality.

• Ensuring the kitchen is properly stock for all season and occasions & seasonal menus.
• Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, maintaining consistency in taste and appearance minimizing waste..
• Oversee the daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, Baking and plating.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the management team to plan and execute special events and catering functions.
