Description
Monitoring the progress of construction
Compare all aspects of the construction to drawings, specifications and BoQ.
Taking measurements and samples to make sure work and materials meet specifications and quality standards.
Providing clarifications, suggesting or agreeing to minor changes in plans.
Reporting to senior managers and clients
Create weekly, monthly or quarterly reports to present to senior managers and clients.
Liaise with contractors, engineers and surveyors to ensure reports are as informative and detailed as possible.
Requirements
University or GTI Diploma in a related field.
MUST have at least 2 years experience in a similar position preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD
Responsibilities
Assist in conducting preliminary site investigation/measurement & drawings.
Assist in preparation of preliminary & construction drawings.
Assist in preparation of Engineer’s estimate Assist in Tender Evaluation Monitoring/supervision of construction works on site
Remuneration/Benefits
Salary to be negotiated based on experience and qualification.
Working time: Monday to Saturday
Two weeks paid vacation per year
