REQUIREMENTS
- 1 -2 years of customer service experience, preferred but not required
- Proven proficiency with data entry, computer applications, Windows environment, and accessing the internet and e-mail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls
- Processing payments, cancellations, resolving billing issues and inquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner as measured by customer feedback scores
- Follow scripting to promote recurring payments and self-service options
- At ease with multi-tasking in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer
