Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the employee time register.
- Requisition detergents for the factories and bond laboratory on a monthly basis.
- Perform photocopying for the office and factories.
- Schedule meetings and take meeting minutes.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Answer telephone calls and make calls on behalf of the factories and bond department.
- Prepare the employees’ absentee list.
- Fax the daily stock-on-hand report to the Local Marketing Department.
- Issue spare parts.
- Coordinate factory tours.
- Perform all other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Five (5) CXC subjects, including English Language, or a Diploma in Office Administration or a related field, including English Language, with 2-3 years’ experience in a secretarial position; or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior secretarial position.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
